This can result in diabetic comas or death. The FDA has been  investigating injuries linked to Type 2 Diabetes and Invokana, Invokamet.  According to the American Diabetes Association, ketoacidosis  causes the body to produce excessive levels of blood acids, or keytones. This can can lead to diabetic coma and even death. Symptoms Of Ketoacidosis Difficulty breathing Nausea Vomiting Abdominal pain Confusion Unusual fatigue or sleepiness Have you gotten ketoacidosis after taking Invokana, Invokamet or another SGLT2 inhibitor?
